-In Norway, Wipke Knut won the Junior National Championships Ice Dancing, at the age of 8.
-Wipke starred as Kim Cooper in the ELC American afternoon TV-show 'The Co-Assistant'. In a very impressive way, she played the niece of the co-assistant, for which she was nominated "Best Supporting Actress in an afternoon TV-show" for the ELC Awards in 2006.
-Wipke acted in the Canadian TV-movie 'In God's Country' (2007).
-Wipke had her own radio program on Kristiansands local radio station, it was called "Wipke Knut's Emergency Diet Line", giving diet advice to listeners.
Basten Zimmerman, born August 6, 1985, Skippagurra (Norway)
- Basten co-wrote 'In God's Country', a Canadian TV-movie (2007), starring Kelly Rowan, Wipke Knut and Tori Spelling. It's about a religious woman (Kelly Rowan) locked up in a polygamic community in North-America who wants a better life for her daughter (Tori Spelling) and decides to run away, burn her house down and escape in a Fiat in the middle of the night, wearing ugly night gowns, to arrive in a supermarket and become the best friend of the local supermarket lady (Wipke Knut), live in a caravan and become emancipated.
- Currently Basten is working on the ELC Movie Projects 'What Kind Of Mother Are You?' and 'Revenge Of The Middle-Aged Woman'.
- Basten is a runway model (Junk De Luxe, Blend She, Sacha) and is also the face of Bobbysocks, a brand of very fashionable socks, worn by stars as Amy Winehouse, Kate Moss and Mette Marit.
